i have a honda civic si, my catalyc converter got mess up so it cloged my whole exsaust system causing it to backfire I took off my cat and my muffler and the car is still backfiring

Have you checked the spark plugs, wires and ignition timing?

Yes I checked it last night and the first spark plug is full of oil like about an inch I am pretty sure that's the problem thanks for the advice do.

Since oil is in the plug tube, check the valve cover plug seal and replace if necessary.
