2004 Honda Accord Loud noise while driving

2004 Honda Accord 4 cyl Automatic 150000 miles

My 2004 honda accord, makes a very loud constant noise (buzzing sound) while driving, noise seems to come from the right front side of the car.

It might be a loose belt/idler pulley or it could be a loose heatshield that is rattling away. I would have a mechanic take a look at it right away, it may be a serious issue.
