2001 Honda Accord Check Engine Light

I was driving my car and my Check Engine light, TCS light, and D4 light all lit up at the same time. My car then hesitated and slowed down. I press the gas pedal, but the car would not go any faster. Speedometer was saying 40mph, but really I was doing like 4mph. My check engine light remained on.

What could be the cause of this? Solutions?
Also, do you think I should still try to drive it to Autozone? Dealership?

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on.
