1999 Honda Accord humming noise coming from rear. Noise lev

Noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. The frequency of the noise changes with the speed. Brand new tires installed, and the noise persists exactly as before. No noise when the car is stationary. Could this be a wheel bearing? What would you recommend for the action to repair?

This is most likely a wheel bearing issue. You can try spinning up the wheels and have a listen to the bearings in the rear. Or you may check for play in the bearing itself as well.
