My car was running fine except check eng. Code 401 insufficient egr flow. I removed egr chamber and found 3 small ports completely clugged and the other 2 almost clugged. When I put the parts back together, I started to experience the car stalling completely after the car warms up. When the car has been sitting for a number of hours and considered cold. It will idile normally. After the car has warmed up. She will stall when I come to a stop, such as a stop light. Etc..I have a new factory gasket and was wondering if there is a special way the gasket need to replace . Such as any other parts needed besides gasket. Such as gasket sealant etc. Thanks. Serious help needed.

Sounds like it could be that your egr vavle is cloged open due to all the carbon in the other ports and you can try to clean the egr, if that dont owrk you may have to replace it. The gasket is simple, and if it was sucking air it wouldnt be that much even without the gasket to cause that much of a problem.
