THEN I GET A WRENCH OUT TO RELEASE THE PRESSURE FROM THE BRAKE CALIPAR WHICH I TO DO EACH AND EVERY DAY. NEED HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM THANKS

Hello walter brady

With the engine stopped, pump the brake pedal several times, and hold the pedal in the applied position.
Start the engine, the pedal should move slightly downward. If the pedal does not move slightly downward check the vacuum hose and the one way check valve to the brake booster( the hose that comes from the engine manifold to the booster, the one way check valve is where the hose connect the booster)

Hi guys.

Dandy observation about opening the bleeder screw. After doing what mathiaso said, try cracking a steel line at the master cylinder when the brake is locked up. If it releases, suspect brake fluid contamination causing the lip seals in the master cylinder to grow and expand past the return ports to the reservoir. If they still don't release, suspect a constricted rubber hose. Look for a metal bracket crimped around the center of the hose. If that design anchor bracket is used, rust can build up under the crimp squeezing the hose closed. Peel it open slightly with a large pliers.
