1992 Honda Accord Can't keep Idle Speed

I have a 1992 Honda Accord with 180,000 and a 2.2 engine and I have been trying to figure out why my cars been shaking so much and cant keep the same idle speed sometimes it will go so low it wants to turn off or it does. I have changed the spark plugs the wires the disrubutor cap and rotor and I have no idea what else it could be.

If the car seems to be surging please start with checking the coolant for proper level and with it running open a bleeder on the upper radiator hose to release air in the system. After that check for any vacuum line leaks. Let me know.
