1999 GMC Sierra high pitch sqeeking sound/low rumble

I have a 2 part question.

1. I have a high pitch sqeeking sound coming from under my truck when I am backing up and going forward. I have been told that it might be my universal joints and I need to change them out for both drive shafts. Any I deas?

2. I also have a low rumble sound coming from the left front when driving forward, been told that it might be my hub bearings and they might need to be changed
