Front passenger side makes a squealing noise when the car is driven

Wheel on front passenger side makes a squealing noise when the car is driven. Brakes do not squeak or grind when the car brakes is pushed down. Is this a rotor issue, or something with the bearings?

Yes. This is most likely the pad and rotor squeaking. Here are guides that will help with this:
