Gets stuck at 2000 RPMs when driving

Car gets stuck at 2000 rpms when driving. If you gas it hard it is fine. If you let off the gas and ease in to it it gets stuck there again. Doesnt shake runs good just gets stuck at 2000 rpms. The car still accelerate when stuck but to get it to go over 2000rpms you have to punch it.

Try cleaning throttle body with carb cleaner and a rag

Tryed that ernestbridges did not work. Took the egr off and cleaned it and mass air flow that looks good to.

Have fuel pressure checked and exhaust backpressure
