My truck's four wheel drive is partially engaged which striped the gear. Now I have a new gear I am trying to figure out where these two washers go? They has three indents on it.

Which transfer case? Single speed or two speed selectable? NP-233/NP-243.

T's on the right side where the axle hooks to the shaft. It is the coupler gear.

Okay. Your truck came with one of two different transfer cases. I need to know which one you have.
