I took the heater core out of my car and I had to take the whole dash to get to it. When I put it in I put the dash back in and I went to start the car and it would just turn over but would not start. My dad looked at it while I was gone and he said that the car is not getting gas and the fuel injecters were not pumping fuel into the carb

If the car ran before you removed the dash. Then I would check the wiring when you put it back in. If not connected right it would make it so the fuel relay is not getting current. The place to start is the fuses making sure you did not blow a fuse if a wire shorted out.
