97 t-bird wont start

my 97 t-bird will not start. it will only roll over very slowly. i've bought a new starter, battery and changed my terminals. it rolls over easly when i do it manually. i do not know what to do any advice will be greatly appreciated

Sounds like your battery is not hot enough to start it. See if you can get a friend or neighbor to jump start it.

i had my cousin jump it and even put his truck battery in my car and it did the same thing. both ways. do you have any other suggestions

Check the connections at the starter.

connections are all tight at the starter. what else?

Not really sure if this applies but check to see if there is a starter solenoid ?

ya theres a sileniod on the starter ive ran a hot wire directly to it thinking that it wasnt getting enough power but it did the same thing the motor rolled over very slowly
