Ok so my car wont turn over. It was working fine I drove it to subway came out 10 minutes later and it wouldnt start. For a little while it wasnt making any noise at all when I tried to start it. I had a guy from meinike who tried to charge the battery but that didnt work ( didnt think it would) but after he did that when i try to start it now it makes a loud like buzzing noise. The tow truck company guy said it sounds like the flywheel how can I tell which problem i'm having? On a more personal note my cousin says if it's the flywheel its going to be very expensive is this true?

If it is the flywheel, it will be a grinding noise as the bendix drive on the starter hits the teeth on the flywheel. I would remove the stater and have a look at that first. Take it to a parts store and have it tested. Flywheel replacement is expensive.
