I drove this car in the morning and everything on it was working fine. I went to drive it this afternoon, went to turn the wipers on and everything went out. Wipers, speedometer, tachometer, radio, rear defogger. Checked all the fuses and relays and their all OK. Checked to see if everything was getting power and all is OK.
Now everything else still works, fuel gauge, temperature gauge, heat, cigarette lighter, blower, turn signals, a/c, headlights brake lights reverse lamps, power windows and seats and door locks. All the idiot lights still come on and go off like their suppose to. all good. What could this problem be? I need help bad

Do any of the items listed work when the car is in neutral??? If all the fuses check out, try in neutral.. the neutral safety switch, it's located right on top of the trans, you can see it below the air cleaner plumbing, big piece with a bunch of wires connected to it and the shifter linkage,, has been known to cause weird electrical issues.
