Serpentine belt

I have a '89 ford ranger 4 cyl. engine manual drive, 154,000 miles. My belt is squealing LOUDLY! I am used to seeing a tension pulley, however, I do not see one! Can someone help me by explaining how I tighten this belt!

your model may have to be tightened using hte alternator mounts slide it to the side to tighten up the belt.
