I have a 94 ford ranger 4.0 liter motor and I was wondering what the torque specs are for the idler pulley and the drive belt tensioner?

Both the idle pulley bolts and the drive belt tensioner on a 4.0L engines are 30 to 40 ft pounds.

One more question. Are the threads reverse thread or regular thread?

They are regular threads. If you have a problem getting them loose spary some wd-40 and let it soak in a day then remove
