91 Ford exp, shakes/vibrates when I press on the gas

My truck shakes when I press on the gas. When I release the gas it stops? It gets worse by the day? 91 ford, 4x4, 4.0, 6cyl, manual trans.

No, it only shakes when I press on the gas, when I am coasting it is fine, when I am at a stop it is fine.

Check the sparkplug wires might be loose or needs replacement
