When I start my truck up first thing in the morning it starts with no incident. Then if I go somewhere, and turn the truck off for a short period of time, then try to restart it, it starts but immediately putters out and dies. It usally takes a couple trys and lots of stepping on the throttle to get it to stay on. Once its back it in runs without incident, until I stop again and then try to start getin and its the same problem. Any ideas?

Ok do you have a fuel pressure tester? If you do get me a fuel pressure reading while it is being difficult. If you do not have a pressure tester then do this and let me know how it goes ok. When it is being hard to start then cycle the key. What I mean is turn the key on engine off you should hear the fuel pump for a couple of seconds, then turn it off for about 30 seconds do this a couple of times if it starts after that then the fuel pump is bleeding off and should be replaced. Let me know how it goes ok.
