1996 Ford F-150 Starting

I have a 1996 Ford truck. It has a 300 6 cyl and when I start it it idols rough and shakes. It only does it when it is hot. Giving it Throttle when it starts helps it get going. Once it stops shaking it runs fine. Any help?

My 96 ford was doing the same thing, I unpluged the temp senser on the thermostat housing today and it seems good now, i, m going to wait a couple of days before I replace it, to make sure that is the problem.
Hope it works for you, i, v had this problem for about a year.
