1993 Ford F-150 overheating

The truck overheats. I replaced the thermostat, but that doesnt appear to help. Any suggestions?

Need more info. When does it overheat? Is it when ur sitting still or driving? If u turn the fan clutch by hand is it easy or hard to turn? Has the truck ever had a radiator?
