2001 Ford Crown Victoria Squeaky Sound

I've got a 01 crown vic 168,000 miles, and every time I turn the wheel or hit a bump there is a loud squeaky sound. About 5 months ago I had it raised 2 inches and put 24 inch rims on it, would that have anything to do with it?

No there was no sound when I first raised it, it drove fine for 5 months, it just recently sarted with this squeaky sound.
