Electrical problem
1993 Ford Crown Victoria V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I go and try to start my car with a fully charged battery and also tryied getting a jump to start it. I turn the key to the on postion and everything works, but when I turn it to start the engine I lose all power and the car dont turn over or anything. I tried a different battery and still same thing happens. The engine wont turn over at all. What do I need to replace or check?

I'd check the starter circuit. Any testing at the relay, make sure tranny is in park or neutral and the e-brake is set. If you have any questions about the diagram, holler. The fuses in the diagram are hot all the time.

When I had this problem, I had to buy a new battery because my old battery would not hold a charge. Also, I suggest asking your auto store if you can borrow a scanner to check your codes.
