1996 Ford Contour overheating

My 1996 Contour has a overheating problem, I have had the raditor, thermostat, timing belt, head gasket, head, water pump all have been changed but still runs hot and overheats in trafic? Please help

Are you sure your fan is turning on? Thats the next thing to do.

Have you had the cooling system flushed out recently? If not have that done and also have the ignition timing set.
