Try to change fan belt but the engine mounting is too close to tensioner reliever nut can't get in there. How do I move the mounting bracket to get in there?

Unfortunately we don't have a manual on how to remove this belt but we do have the sister version in the USA which is going to be similar.

Here is a guide that will help with this replacing a belt but you are going to need to use a belt removal tool in order to fit in between the body and tensioner.

Below is the process from the manual that we have and a picture of the tool. As you can see this is very thin and has attachments to fit most any tensioner. Just do a Google search for drive belt tool.

Please let us know if you have other questions. Thanks
