2000 Opel Corsa water circulation

I had a 1.6 engine my block was damage and put a 1.4 block using my 1.6 cylinder head now the engine runs smoothly but water is coming out in water bottle pushing the cap what is a problem can you help me

First, we only recommend direct fit parts. As far as the problem, it sounds like the head gasket isn't sealing. As a result, compressed air from the cylinders is getting into the cooling system and doing what you described. When the engine is cold, remove the radiator cap and start the engine. If coolant comes shooting out, that is the problem.
