The exterior lights have power, but I cannot control them?

Also, I can’t use signal lights or brake lights they stay on, and reverse lamps don’t work.

These are controlled by the BCM, but we should check the fuses first. This guide can help, and I have included the fuse locations as well:

If the fuses are okay, we can confirm the BCM issue by doing a CAN scan. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Here is the location and how to change out the BCM, you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.
