Engine turns over, but will not start white smoke is coming out of the throttle body. If you put your hands over throttle body intake the smoke will come out between the head and block.

Wow, Thats a good one, please pull the spark plugs out and do a compression test. Lets see if we have an engine to work with here. Use this guide to help
