Car wont start

Tried to start my car it was trying to start for a little bit and then it just stopped and now when I try to start it, it makes no noise. But all my lights and radio still works.

Have the battery charged and tested first.

It has been hesitant on starting probably for a month or two. Even though my lights and my radio still work its possible that it may be just the battery?

The battery is fully charged and when I turn the ignition to start my car nothing happens.
