I bought this car knowing it has an issue. No leaks, in great shape. The drivetrain malfunction message pops up and if you delete the codes, you can drive it for a few days and then it pops back up again. Basically, I am in limp mode, but it does not affect the way it drives. Depending on the issue it may or may not am guessing. Before I deleted any of the codes it had these:
P11c5
P2138
P11cf
U11e7
I deleted them all and checked all hoses and wirings, adjusted the turbo actuator rod a bit because these are always loose on these cars, but something else is the issue. After driving it fee times only thing that pops is the last code u11e7, am sure others pop up sometimes, just like when I have a p301 a p300 pops along with it. That is what I think. So, what do you think this code be?
Idle is fine and it drives smoothly.

The last three codes you listed indicate a problem with the accelerator pedal angle sensor.
103308 - P2138

DME

Fault code
103308 - P2138

Fault text
Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch 'D' / 'E' Voltage Correlation

Fault description
Diagnosis monitors the voltages of both pedal position sensors with
respect to each other.
Malfunction monitoring conditions
The fault is detected when the voltages of both pedal sensors deviate
too far from each other.

Condition for fault

identification
Voltage precondition
- Vehicle voltage between 9V and 16V
Temperature condition
- None
Time condition
- None
Other preconditions
- None
Terminal status
- Terminal 15 on

Condition for fault memory

entry
The fault is entered immediately.

Action in service
- Replace accelerator pedal module.

Fault effect and breakdown

warning
- The engine operates in its emergency program

Driver information
Emissions warning light and engine warning light
The "U" code is a network message relating to the same sensor. In most cases, replacement of the accelerator pedal assembly resolved the issue.
The P11c5 code is related to the evaporative emission system and will not usually cause any driveability concerns.
195002 - P11C5

Fault text
EVAP System Differential Pressure Sensor Circuit Low

Fault description
Diagnosis monitors the suction jet pump differential-pressure sensor at
the tank ventilation system.
Malfunction monitoring conditions
The fault is detected when there is a short circuit to ground.

Condition for fault

identification
Voltage precondition
- Vehicle voltage between 9V and 16V
Temperature condition
- None
Time condition
- None
Other preconditions
- Engine ON
Terminal status
- Terminal 15 on

Condition for fault memory

entry
The fault is entered immediately.

Action in service
- Check the lines and plug connections between the following
components:
DME
Suction jet pump differential-pressure sensor

I hope this helps.

I cannot seem to find the part number for differential pressure sensor, can you locate it?

The Venturi nozzle pressure sensor is a differential pressure sensor installed in the tank ventilation line near to the intake manifold in the engine compartment.

This differential pressure sensor in the tank ventilation line is used for diagnosis of the second discharge point of the tank ventilation system. The Venturi nozzle pressure sensor is only required in the US version.

The part number I came up with is 17137448091. After a short search, it seems this part has been discontinued by the manufacturer.

Most of the parts stores have access to part interchange information that can offer aftermarket options. Ebay is also a good place to locate hard to find parts.

I replaced the pedal with the sensor and still getting one code which has nothing to do with it. Only code I get when I drive it a bit and get the message is attached. I can tell the turbo boost is not there. I also replaced the harness to the tank vent sensor. Only thing I did before installing any parts was adjusting the waste gate length as these always get loose. Do you think its possible that this adjustment could be what is causing this boost code? Maybe I adjusted it too tight or too lose?

Yes, if the actuator rod is not set correctly it could hold the wastegate open a bit and open too much. This would affect boost performance.
