Electrical problem 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 100, 00 miles

My car won't start, when key is turned it will not make a sound. The only unuual thing that happened was that I bumped in to a pole the other day, it was not a very hard jar and it only caused a slight scrape. About an hour later as I was getting ready to leave, the car would not say anything; also the steering wheel was locked and the brakes were locked.

Does the dash light up when you turn the key on? If so did it the dash go dark when you tried to crank it? Exactly what do you mean "the brakes were locked?"

I have checked ever fuse and relay swapping with known good replacements car was bought at auction last week I cant find wiring diagram for ignition either
