Car won't start. Battery it's good. When I turn ignition nothing happens

Car won't start. Nothing happens when I turn ignition. Headlights work Windows roll up & the hazards are fine. I do notice that when I turn the ignition the radio dissent work or my blinkers. And the only display I see on my dash is the oil light & speedometer mileage.

Check all fuses with a test light to verify power. It may be a failed starter motor.
