car won't start... battery it's good. when I turn ignition nothing happens

car won't start. nothing happens when I turn ignition. headlights work Windows roll up & the hazards are fine. I do notice that when I turn the ignition the radio dissent work or my blinkers. and the only display I see on my dash is the oil light & speedometer mileage.

check all fuses with a test light to verify power. it may be a failed starter motor.
