2000 Dodge Stratus tranny trouble

Tranny seems like it is stuck in low or 3rd gear, never slipped, in winter time it would not go into gear until warm. What is the problem

Hi there,

An internal problem with the transmission valve body may well be the issue here, you will have to get a transmission specialist to test & report for you.
