Moving from a stop position car act like it want to stall
momentarily. I tried can of HEET, maybe bad gas.

Start by checking for vacuum leaks. Also, is the check engine light on?

Yes my 93 shadow does that frequently in drive thews I let the brake off and hesitates like it is going to stall and sometimes does

Same thing. They had a lot of problems with vacuum leaks.
