Moving from a stop position car act like it want to stall
momentarily. I tried can of HEET,maybe bad gas.

Start by checking for vacuum leaks. Also, is the check engine light on?

yes my 93 shadow does that frequently in drive thews i let the brake off and hesitates like it is going to stall and sometimes does

Same thing... they had a lot of problems with vacuum leaks.
