93 Dodge Shadow engine trouble

We realuzed tgat a lot of oil was leaking out and then it died we didn't want to crank it back in case something bad would happen when we fixed the hole and put more oil in the car wouldn't crank? Alao it was knocking and squealing before it cut off
93 dodge shadow engine lost all oil is it locked up?
Can it be fixed?

You sure the engine is not seized-up? Is it cranking over and will not start or just won't crank at all/nothing when key is turn to cranking position?

It just clicks like the batt is dead but the belt turns a lil bit
