96 dodge cargo van stalling

I have a 96 B1500 van 174k v6, it stalls at anytime then starts right back up and off i go, black smut area by my exhaust pipes, slight backfiring, recently replaced fuel filter. whats going on?

Have your fuel pressure check-and the following sensors-coolant temp.,throttle position, Idle air control system and MAP or MAF sensor.
