I Have A 97 Dodge Neon That Tends To Over Heat Within The First 15 Minutes Of Running It. The Only Way To Bring The Temp Down Is By Driving With The Heat On. The mileage On my Car Is 135954.I'm Not So Sure of The Engin Size.

Thank You,
CHANEL

1st make sure your cooling fans are coming on , second make sure the thermostat is opening , this can be done by removing the rad cap before starting and waiting until the car gets up to temp , you should see flow through the rad if thermostat is opening
