I have a 1996 Dodge Neon 2.0. My Engine runs very fine but while driving it just shuts off after 10-15 mins only my dash lights are on. The only way to restart is to let my engine rest for about 10-15 minutes then it starts like nothing ever went wrong as well my spedometer freaks out while driving(its like it hesitates to move it wants too but cant) can you please assist me with my problem. THanks

The engine shutdown is usually caused by a bad PCM. You might want to start there. As for the speedometer, there are 2 solutions. The 1996 Neon is notorious for cold solder points on the gauge cluster these cause the gauge cluster to act irradically or in most cases just fail. Sometimes it can be repaired just by reheating various points on the board with a soldering iron. If this doesn't work, he other solution is a $139 gauge cluster replacement.
