1997 Dodge Dakota V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I just purchased this vehicle today. Everything was functional. Then, the instrument cluster stopped functioning. All guages: Speedo/Tach/Fuel Qty/Oil Press/Volts/Temp all went to zero. Checked fuses and under/dash harnesses. No success.

IF you rap on the dash it may begin to function. These are common for a bad solder point on the circuit board. This is a good link
