Dodge Caravan sometimes doesn't start

My 1996 Dodge Caravan just won't start sometimes - every 3-4 months it is dead as a doornail. The battery always checks out, jump starting makes no difference - nothing. Then, I'll try it later and it will start right up like usual. My repair facility says everything checks out.

: I've got a '98 grand caravan (120,000 mi) that has a similar problem, started out every once in a while wouldn't start, now it's every few days. Local Dodge shop replaced ignition switch and BCM, still no luck. My question for you is, is your van equipped with a factory-installed security system?
