Caravan refuses to start

Hi, my old girl 1986 Dodge Caravan Se 80,000M will not start. It turns over, has power but just keeps cranking over. I have replaced plugs, took air filter off over carb all seams fine. After a while near bottom the nipple will leak fuel. I don't know if this is beacause I have flooded it trying to start it so much or what. Any help would be great it has been sitting for a few months now. Cheers Bryon

Start by looking for spark while engine is being crank over at the plug wires.

No sparky could mean: Bad coil/module/CPS/PCM.
