Cuts out while driving

Hi there, my car keeps cutting out randomly, sometimes after about half an hour, sometimes less and every now and then after about 45 minutes. It starts up again if I let it rest for about 20 minutes. It also starts when I spray lubricant or carburetor cleaner on the wires that enter the distributor. I have replaced the distributor and the ignition coil but the problem persists. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
