The car will crank no start. Battery good. Fuel good. Tested fuel and pump both good. Spark plugs and wires good. Tested fuses not blown but no spark. Any thoughts of what it could be?

Hello,

What was the symptom before you have this no start issue?
Did it stall on you?

No spark can be due to a bad coil pack or a faulty control module.
You want to check and see if there is power to the coil.

Take a look at this guide. It covers what to look for when checking for spark.

Go through this and report back to your finding.

Any questions, please feel free to let me know.
Thank you.

No issue before. Drove from Vegas to California no issue. Went to beach left no issue. We went to the store for 15 minutes we came out wouldn't start. Tested it all and tried to jump it. Still no start. We had just filled up before the beach stop. Code reader said too rich.

Running rich should not keep it from starting. It might run rough if it is too rich.
If you are getting fuel but not spark, then that will be the first item you will have to check off.
Let me know if you are able to figure out the spark issue from the guide.
