When cranking to start fuse 27 blows

When the key goes into start position starter turns for one second then stops due to #27 crank fuse blown. Replaced starter and also park neutral switch.

Hi,

There is a smaller wire to the starter (s terminal) that only receives power when the key is in the start position. I think the wire on this vehicle is purple. Most likely there is a short to ground between the relay and starter via that wire. Check to see if there is anything on that wire that appears it could be shorting.
