Crank but no start?

My high school daughter ran into the curb while parking last week, hard enough to blow the passenger front tire. Three or four days later she calls and says the car is running terrible, so she just parked it. When I came to the rescue, I discovered the fuel was on reserve, so I attempted to drive to the corner station. The car sputtered, hesitated then kicked in running smooth, then it shut off completely. Still obtained gas about three gallons worth, but still no start, just crank, upon towing home. I blindly changed the fuel pump thinking it was damaged after not hearing it and checking the fuse. Still no start. Also, the battery seems to drain super fast, where I need a charging or jumping every time now.

This could be a couple things as it sounds like there are multiple issues going on.

Here is a guide that will cover the battery issue but I suspect that is a secondary issue.

The not starting sounds like a control module issue but here is a guide that will get us started.

We need the check fuel pressure and then if there is no pressure then we need to check power at the pump. Here is a guide that will help with checking the pressure.

Then this is a guide that will help with checking the voltage at the pump.

Lastly you will see the diagram below that will help with this test plus the process on how to replace the DME which is what I suspect the issues is. However, let's run through the testing first as we need a little more proof.

Thanks.
