I was reading a post on this same noise and was wondering if this could be a drain on the battery? I just replaced my battery not 5 days ago and I had to get a jump last night. I made it the 1.7 miles home and it shut off in the driveway and would only do the clicking thing when the battery is drained. I just used another new battery and it cranked right up but then I noticed the clicking.

Hello,

Was your battery light come on while driving?
It almost sounds like a bad alternator. When an alternator goes bad it will drain a good battery and will stall when the battery is depleted and as you come to a stop.
The clicking could the starter relay or the solenoid when you try to crank.
Testing the alternator could be a good step.

Here is a helpful video:

The noise from the rear interior panel, if you can upload a video of the noise, it will be helpful.

I have attached diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.

I will do a video tomorrow for you. To answer your question; no, the battery light was not on. There was no warning or symptoms of low battery. I had the alternator checked today and it's good. The 5-day old premium battery from O'rielys however was drained, they could not charge it so replaced with a new one and yep still have the noise. My rear A/C stopped working about a month ago and my front passenger vents are not putting out near as much air as driver. Also, after new battery tonight I am now showing curbside view on my dash display and my side mirrors are self-adjusting when start car also my recirculation button on A/C just flashes when I try to turn in now unless I turn A/C off then turn on by pushing auto only, then I can push the recirculated air and it works.

We will review after you upload the video. The clicking could be a relay, which can drain the battery.
