Can I put straight H2O in my radiator as long as theres no risk of freezing?

No you may not. As you may know, water boils at 212 degrees (lower temp at higher elevation). Your cooling system is meant to remove waste heat from the engine (which is running at temperature way higher than the water boiling point and to bring the engine temperature to optimum, which is 195 degrees. Your water will boil at a faster rate than it will be able to cool down the engine. That is the main reason they designed coolant/antifreeze years ago. It can handle temperature as low as -50 degrees to as much as 275 degrees.
