2001 Chevy Tahoe Wobble at slow speed

My Tahoe has started a wobble at slow speed. Almost as if I have one oval tire on the car. You can actually see the right front rise and fall.
This isn't noticable at highway speed and there is no jerk or pull in the steering wheel.

Have you tried changing the front wheels over to see if the wobble goes to the other side? If it does then you either have a bad tire or wheel.
