how much will it cost for 2 oxygen sensors, and the laber to get them put in?

Why would you need 2 oxygen sensors? Did someone tell you that?

When I went to get a smog check they gave me a piece of paper that said :

Electronic Control unit ID:10

System too Lean: Bank 1 (P0171)
System too Lean: Bank 2 (P0174)

Random/ Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected: (P0300)
.-I changed my spark plugs already-.

Those codes don't mean bad sensors. They mean the system is running too lean for some reason and someone needs to find the reason. Vacuum leaks are the most common cause.
