1996 Chevy S-10

While driving the truck quit. The fuel was low, put more in but will not crank. Fuel want want come on, the fuse is ok, but fuse next to it that has pcv, vcm inigition switch, core drive module blows each time I go to crank it. The service engine light came on a couple of weeks earlier and computer said to replace o2 sensor I did light went out after reset. Then day before came on and went off when engine quit. When cranking now service light is off but engine still want crank. Traced wires no cut or bad spots, do I replace fuel pump or could it be something else. Help
